At Plexmo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If any product is unsatisfactory, such as due to manufacturing defects, packaging issues, or other reasons making it unusable, we are committed to offering a replacement or refund.

  • Eligibility for Refund

    Products sold by Plexmo e-sellers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

    • Defective or damaged products

      If the product has a manufacturing defect or is found to be damaged upon delivery.

    • Wrong product

      If you receive an incorrect product instead of your ordered item.

    • Near-expiry products

      If the received product is near its expiration date and poses a potential health risk.

  • Product Return Process

    • Timeframe

      The customer must contact the distributor or e-seller within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • Reason for return

      A clear and valid reason for the return request is mandatory.

    • Return process

      The customer must return the product with the invoice, in its original condition.

    • Conditions

      Only products returned unused, in their original condition, and packaging will be accepted.

  • Refund Request Timeline

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of product receipt. The product should remain unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Refund Process

    • To receive a refund, follow these steps:

      • Contact Plexmo via the website or customer support.

      • Provide the order number and a clear description of the issue.

      • The Plexmo team will review your request and, if deemed valid, initiate the refund process.

  • Refund Method

    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (wallet, bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card).

    • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process but may be delayed due to bank or payment service providers.

  • Policy on Shipping Fees

    • Company's fault

      Our website is not targeted or intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

    • Personal reasons

      If the customer returns the product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping fee must be borne by the customer. In such cases, only the product price will be refunded, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Non-Refundable Products

    • The following products are not eligible for refunds :

      • Hygiene products

        That have been opened or used.

      • Used products

        Items that show signs of use or damage.

      • Customized products

        Special request or customized products are not eligible for refunds.

    • Plexmo may make changes to this policy from time to time. All updates will be published on the website, and it is your responsibility to review the latest policy.
