  • Delivery Process and Timeframe

    • Within India

      Once your order is confirmed, the shipping process starts immediately. On average, delivery is completed within 3-7 business days.

      • Tracking : You will receive information about your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date via email or SMS.

    • Outside India (International Shipping)

      Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We will notify you once this service becomes available.

  • Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges are determined based on the total weight of your order and the shipping location. The exact charges will be displayed during checkout.

    • Orders of ₹1,000 or above : Free shipping.

    • Orders below ₹1,000 : A minimum shipping charge of ₹50 will apply.

    • International Shipping : A minimum shipping charge of ₹50 will apply.

  • Order Processing Time

    • Once your order is received, it may take 1-2 business days to process it. Our processing system is designed to ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Time

    • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service you choose.

    • Within India: Most shipments via India Post are delivered within 5-7 business days.

    • Plexmo Stockist Point: If there is a stockist point in your postal code area, the shipment will be sent there. Customers will then be required to pick up the shipment from the stockist point according to company policies.

    • If there is no stockist point in your postal code area, the shipment will be sent directly to your address.

  • Delivery Attempts

    • If your door is closed at the time of delivery, India Post or our other shipping partners will attempt re-delivery. If delivery fails after multiple attempts:

      • Your package will be held at the nearest post office or Plexmo stockist point.

      • You will be notified about this via email or SMS.

  • Package Pickup from Post Office/Stockist Point

    • If your package is held at the nearest post office or stockist point due to a failed delivery attempt, you will be contacted with the necessary details. You will need to bring valid government-issued photo ID to pick up the package. Please take necessary action to collect the package within the designated time.

  • Product Tracking

    • Every order will be provided with a unique tracking ID:

      • You can use the "Track Your Order" option on our website.

      • Tracking information will also be available on the shipping partner’s website. You can view your order’s status in real-time.

  • Shipping Delays and Customer Service

    • In case of delays due to weather, customs checks, pandemics, or other uncontrollable reasons, you will be notified in a timely manner.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery

    • If any product is delivered damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately :

      • In such cases, the company will be responsible for replacing the product or providing a refund without any additional cost.

      • You must file a complaint within 48 hours of delivery; otherwise, the refund/exchange policy will not apply.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery

    • If international shipments begin in the future, customs duty and taxes will be paid by the customer. These charges will be determined according to the destination country's policies, and Plexmo will not be responsible for these charges.

  • Re-Delivery and Failed Delivery

    • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or contact information:

      • The cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.

      • Please ensure that accurate and correct information is provided at the time of order placement.

  • Local and International Shipping Partners

    • We primarily use India Post services to deliver products to our customers. This is a reliable and affordable service provider. Other reputable shipping partners may also be used as required.

  • Policy Amendments

    • Plexmo may revise its shipping policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated on our website and will take effect from the effective date. Customers are encouraged to regularly check the website for the latest updates.

  • Return and Re-Shipment Options

    • If your package is returned for any reason:

      • You may request re-shipment. The cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.

      • If you do not wish for re-shipment, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting the shipping charges.
